The domain of information technology needs practitioners of information architecture to build and maintain a discernable discipline that contributes to the broad challenges created by human-computer interactions and information abundance.

This IA practitioner's creed brings attention to the primary areas of interest of IA practice and what it takes to begin pursuing these interests effectively.
